Day 6 on weight loss

Day six: You should be happy if you approach the scale a pound off. But if you find your weight is the same or if you find yourself adding a pound or two, reassess your recent past activities. Have you been sitting in your free time without doing any exercise? Or maybe he ate something that he thought wouldn’t affect his weight at all (like that piece of chocolate cake his friend offered him at work)? It could even be an old habit that you returned to after five days of avoiding it.

But that’s okay, really. You are only in your first week, so you need to experience these things so that you always remember what will happen if you deviate from your diet. Look at it on the bright side, at least you didn’t let yourself go and gained more kilos than you did. Sometimes being able to see that you’re losing or gaining pounds each morning is all the motivation you need to be religious about your diet.

On the sixth day, you can probably already list some useful health tips for the last few days. Here’s a list of them, in case you forgot:

moderate diet

Drink plenty of water, around 9-13 a day (and drink more when sick)

Getting enough rest (8-9 consecutive hours per night)

Take food with you to avoid fast food

· Brush your teeth after your last meal to avoid extra snacks.

Take these tips to heart: you need to practice them throughout your diet.

Now add this health tip to the list: chew your food. People really take this for granted. There’s a good reason our teeth are designed to completely grind up food before we eat it: it’s the only way to ensure that food is digested properly when it reaches the digestive system.

It may sound funny, but you have to chew your food 35 times before swallowing it. Some people just bite into the food they eat and then swallow it right away. That is not good for the stomach and can even cause indigestion.

But more than that, eating fast means you’ll only eat more. Chewing your food helps you feel full even if you don’t consume as much.

Also, chewing food can be very relaxing. Not to mention the fact that you can enjoy your food more.

Have a cantaloupe smoothie for breakfast, raw tomato soup with wheat crackers for lunch, and chard with raisins and marinated greens for dinner. For your snacks, grab some almonds and apple slices.

Try riding a bike! If you have a bike, it’s about time you took it out of the garage and took it out for a spin. It’s a fun variation on your regular brisk walks and makes you feel younger.
