2 packages (20 oz.) fettuccine, rice spaghetti, or noodles

Little amount of safflower oil

1 teaspoon sea salt

2 tablespoons fresh basil

1 teaspoon basil, dried

1 teaspoon oregano, dried

4 medium tomatoes

1/2 tsp expeller-pressed safflower oil

You can add: fresh vegetables like broccoli, zucchini, and green beans


Cook your pasta according to the package instructions. You should drain and spread them properly in a serving bowl. You have to mix it well with a small amount of oil to prevent it from sticking. Place it inside your refrigerator. When your noodles are cool you can now add the rest of the oil. You mix it up again.
