Fibromyalgia Cure – How I Cured Fibromyalgia! The Nurse’s Secret!

If you suffer from painful chronic fibromyalgia, let me tell you right away that I was cured of fibromyalgia on a diet that I designed for myself several years ago. I no longer suffer from it and many of its related conditions. Not only did I find my own cure for fibromyalgia, I also got rid of it quickly.

Even with my medical background as a nurse, I didn’t know much about fibromyalgia when I was diagnosed. The specialist, an arthritis doctor, who diagnosed me, treated it as a mysterious disease and told me that he just didn’t know what causes fibromyalgia and that he had no cure or treatment for it other than a tattered old paperback he handed me . explaining what it was about, but without cure or solution.

It is still true today that medical experts do not know what causes it, but they have several theories, I will not go into them and research continues to search for a cure.

I was trying to walk for up to 20 minutes and my calves literally hurt. In the morning, I would stand in the kitchen and everything hurt and I could barely move. The pain was also concentrated in a particular muscle and it hurt deeply like crazy at the worst times or when driving long distances. At night I would wake up in pain for two hours in the middle of the night, every night, interfering with my much needed sleep.

He was like a zombie most of the time during the day due to lack of sleep, pain, and general, concentrated muscle pain. Of course, I also had other signs and symptoms: associated chronic fatigue, stiffness, a diagnosis of irritable bowel syndrome, TMJ, depression, possible celiac disease, and migraine-like headaches that can accompany fibromyalgia.

Fibromyalgia medications, medications, and drugs did not help or relieve pain. He also did not exercise. No one had the answers in the fibromyalgia support groups and networks.

I discovered my accidental natural cure for fibromyalgia after I was diagnosed with breast cancer and rejected all conventional treatment and followed my own vegan, live food, or raw food diet. Of course, my diet was intense, but I was surprised that first month to find that my fibromyalgia, and all its signs and symptoms, were completely gone and never returned!

Since then, I have spread the word as much as possible that fibromyalgia has to be related to diet. It is not a coincidence that my diet was responsible for curing and getting rid of fibromyalgia for good. Still today after all these years. And even by following a raw food diet, you will no longer suffer from muscle aches and pains or any other fibromyalgia symptoms. I also do not suffer from any of the other associated symptoms.

I have no doubt that fibromyalgia is related to our diet and the foods we eat. The standard American diet is what most fibromyalgia patients eat. I know this because that is the answer to the first question I ask people with fibromyalgia. I ate it too. But the food we eat and our diet have to be at the root of the problem.

So what foods make fibromyalgia worse or what diet should you follow for fibromyalgia? My answer is a raw food diet or a predominantly raw plant food diet. Possibly the avoidance of gluten since many celiacs suffer from fibromyalgia. Highly processed cooked foods have few nutrients left. And there are some other foods that you should also eat or avoid. Uncooked healthy vegan foods are the best foods for us and those with fibromyalgia symptoms may find this to be the best fibromyalgia cure and treatment and never suffer any pain again. Think about it! I still have superior health today!
