This company differs from many other network marketing companies in the health and wellness industry in that their products focus much more on muscle building, weight loss, and fitness. What I mean is that they offer hard core bodybuilding training along with state of the art supplements.
One of the most popular products on the Beach Body website is the P90X home fitness system. If you really want to build up strength and can stick to a strict exercise and supplement regimen, this program can help you reach your goal pretty quickly. This regimen employs the concept of muscle confusion, so your muscles never adapt to any particular set of exercises. Everything you will do in the next 90 days will be explained in this handbook.
Personally, I like to do the same exercises over and over again, primary free weight exercises like the bench and overhead press. I have noticed that only by varying reps and doing more sets am I able to break through my plateaus in weeks, at least so far. My personal goal is to bench press 225lbs for 12 reps with 4 sets. Right now I weigh 175 pounds. When I started 4 months ago I was 95lbs and was 15lbs heavier so I don’t think it’s that bad for 4 months but I’m still overweight. He must also work there 8 times a month. Every time you exercise you have the opportunity to win up to a Thousand Dollars. Finally, the company also has the Team Beach Body Club program. You’ll also need to join this at $2.99 a week to receive commissions, but it comes with a lot more health and mentoring benefits. Finally, to join the Beachbody Coach Club, there is a one-time administrative processing fee of $39.95 and $14.95 per month. All costs combined are still under $85.00 per month.
