Asma Ishaq: This is the President and CEO whose profile you can see on LinkedIn. According to her LinkedIn profile of her, she began working as an associate at Blackrock, Inc., an asset management investment firm that, as of this writing, manages more than $3.19 trillion in assets. After leaving Blackrock Inc., she became a director of Give Something Back, which is part of the business equipment and supply industry. However, her leadership advances to Executive Vice President of BioCell Technology, which is the creator of BioCell College, a prominent benefit of Jusuru.

This is a very exciting career path because there is nothing that mentions your involvement in MLM or network marketing. One wonders if this company will be able to operate with a leader who has never had a team of distributors before. So the question remains how Ishaq will use his knowledge of finance and supplies and business teams to run a health and wellness network marketing company. Not much is revealed on the official Jusuru International website about the other members of the leadership team. Does this raise a huge red flag for me?

Jusuru International Compensation Plan

Jusuru employs a one level compensation plan. How does it work? In other words, you can sponsor a level of representatives for your personal organization. With Jusuru, you get paid 5 levels deep until you become a “leader” and then you get paid 7 levels deep and that’s the power of multi-level marketing.

There are 9 ways to get PAID in total. These are Retail Sales, Team Building Bonus, Team Leader Bonus, Fast Start Bonus, Enrollment Bonus, Turbo Infinity Bonus, Check Matching Bonus, Preferred Customer Pool, and Car Program

Vertical compression is a key feature of the Jusuru compensation plan. How this works is when reps become inactive, you are not penalized, and the sales volume builds up on your leg. It’s like sealing a leaky faucet. This is good because reps get paid and the money doesn’t go back to the company.

Turbo Infinity Bonus Explained: When you enter the “Endeavor 3” leadership level, you can get this bonus. Basically, this means that starting with you, an additional 3% is distributed to all leaders of “Endeavor 3” or higher. The infinite part means that to pay 3%, it can come from more than 7 levels deep to make it happen.

Jusuru Life Mix Ingredients

A key ingredient in Jusuru Life Blend is BioCell Collagen II, which promotes skin and joint health. Jusuru Life Blend also contains Resveratrol. This ingredient is derived from grapes and has been found to have incredible health benefits. Other ingredients are cranberry juice, apple juice, strawberry juice, mangosteen, grape juice, acai berry, pomegranate, lycium, and jujube. All of these ingredients are considered antioxidant-rich superfoods.

The rapid growth of the health and wellness industry has spawned many similar juice products. But because BioCell Collagen II is unique, it gives Jusuru Life Blend a leg to stand on. This is a good move on their part and clearly a move by the producer of BioCell to deliver their discovery via juice rather than some sort of capsule or pill.

Should you join Jusuru?

In conclusion, this MLM should be competitive due to their unique mix, however they will need to provide exceptional distributor support to achieve this. This will be something to keep in mind as the President and CEO does not reveal a track record of network marketing experience. I am wondering if Jusuru International has corporate MLM leaders on the team because it is a red flag to me that they are not listed on the corporate website. However, they have a strong product that can compete, and as long as they consistently produce top-tier recruiters, everything should be in place.

This MLM has a great compensation plan and you can get a copy from the corporate website. However, the number one problem in most MLMs is that there is no useful training system in place. Support depends on the upline and the reality of the industry is not revealed to distributors. In ANY network marketing company, 95% of distributors will fail or leave. This is due to a lack of training and support. If Jusuru International wants to be successful, it will need to implement a training system that transforms its representatives into marketing experts. Period.
