Colon cleansing: fast food strategy to keep your colon healthy

10-day colon cleanse practices, such as the Master Cleanse Lemonade Diet, are a great way to thoroughly cleanse your colon. By following this cleansing method, you will feel 10 pounds less, full of life and vigor that will remind you of what it was like to be 20 years old again. Why does this feeling of youth only last a couple of months at best? Probably the same reason that your colon became blocked in the beginning.

As for the traditional diet, many foods become matter that ends up clogging your system due to the food combinations and the time these foods take to digest. Eating three full meals a day and eliminating once a day or less does not result in a very balanced mathematical equation. Logically, eating 3 meals a day should equal at least 3 eliminations. What about the other two meals on the way? The rest of the food that is left ends up sticking to the walls of the intestine. Unbeknownst to you, this food is fermented and dried into a gummy substance that will never leave your body. As time passes, natural bowel movements become virtually non-existent and the elimination process becomes a pure physical process of forcing food in and expelling waste.

The following foods literally turn to glue after they are eaten. All forms of bread, except those made from naturally sprouted grains. Fully cooked vegetables, rice, potatoes, and pasta are the main contributors to the clogging process. All meats, especially red meats, do not turn into glue, but they take so long to digest that they end up partially rotting in the colon over time.

Basically, there are two rules that define the fast food exit strategy. First you need to find foods that are easy to digest and that get out of the system quickly. The second part of the strategy is not to combine the types of foods that, when mixed, slow down the digestive system two or three times. Remember that foods that take a long time to digest require your vital energy and resources to break down meals rather than helping your body renew and cleanse itself.

Certain foods, when combined together, like a tomato on toast, require only 3 to 4 hours in the stomach for digestion. The same toast combined with an egg can take more than eight hours in the stomach alone, not including the time it takes to pass through the digestive tract. Consider eating three meals a day that take eight hours to digest, another math equation that doesn’t quite add up. After years of accumulating intestinal garbage, it is no wonder the body ends up with poor digestion, a major contributor and scored all diseases and circulatory problems.

Some of the benefits of eating a quick-start food combination will help you lose weight and ease digestive issues like acid reflux, gas, constipation, and more. If you are not willing to completely change your diet, at least try not to combine these four food categories.

  1. Starches: These include breads, rice, potatoes, avocados, legumes (lentils, cooked peas), cooked corn, young coconut, and pasta.
  2. Meats: fish, eggs, chicken, meat (beef, lamb, pork) game, seafood and raw cheeses,
  3. Nuts / Seeds / Dried Fruits – These are fatty proteins like raw nuts, raw seeds, raw dried fruits from ripe coconut.
  4. Fresh fruits: citrus, bananas, plums, nectarines, grapes, berries, and other fruits.

Remember that each individual has a digestive system that works a little differently. If your stomach is free of gas, and after a certain combination you continue to lose weight, then the combination is good for you. This approach was meant to keep your system clean after a colon cleansing process. If you haven’t taken the time to go through a colon cleansing process, it could take years for your body to eliminate excess waste.
