Do you have your green card?

Arizona just passed a controversial immigration reform bill that allows police to detain suspected illegal immigrants and demand proof of citizenship.

This is creating great chaos among Hispanic groups, who are demonstrating outside the state capital in Phoenix. Many people fear being randomly arrested simply because of their race or national origin. Many of those groups say they will be tracked like animals, whether or not they have legal documents. Anyone arrested must prove their immigration status before being released. This law applies to anyone, not just Hispanics. All whites, Asians, and blacks must go through the same process.

These fears, and that is all they are, are being brought to light to do exactly that. Inflict fear. Fear causes panic and panic is very deadly. This is exactly what terrorists do to manipulate the people in their states.

Law enforcement officials must have “reasonable suspicion” to arrest anyone. This has often been the law, regardless of who you are. Can’t they stop you thinking you’re dealing drugs because you’re black? They must have a “reasonable suspicion”. That goes for everyone. When it comes to the state of Arizona, where an estimated half a million illegal immigrants live, the majority of these illegal immigrants will be Hispanic.

The phobia of requiring a multiple number of IDs is false. There is a driver’s license, non-operational identification license, valid tribal registration card, or other form of tribal identification, or “any valid identification issued by the United States Fed, state, or local government.” Only one of these is necessary, not several, as the horror mongers scream. As an important point, President Obama and most leftists support an ID card across the country. So this may be a must after all.

Even if a person does not have the required identification on their person, it is only a formality to obtain this information. You can go to PC and check a person’s records, pictures, and other identifying details pretty quickly.

Unfortunately, our own president is asking the Justice Department to challenge the new law. All it does is add fuel to the fire that is already brewing. Adding more fears and generating more invented anxiety is not what our country’s leader should be doing. In the short term, this will help you look great to your Hispanic constituents, but in the long term, your credibility will be on a shaky ice and you may suffer.

So who is truly opposed to this new law? The aliens who are here illegally. Who else would be afraid of being stopped for a fine when they know you are not here legally? What if the government announced that they were going to audit everyone’s tax return? Who would be the ones who would cry the loudest? All those who did not file a statement or cheated. People who filed and did it right have nothing to worry about.

Laws are established to offer protection to law-abiding citizens. So if you are not a citizen of this country then yes you should be terrified of being arrested and going to jail as you are breaking the law just by being here. Not a good way to start a new life, is it? What Kind of American Citizen Would You Be Anyway? You’re already breaking the law.

I guess what bothers me the most is the attitude of these people. I understand why you want to come to this great country. The opportunities and the opportunity to improve your life and the lives of your parents, make coming to the United States a golden opportunity. That is why this country has always kept its doors open to so many things. The Statue of Liberty represents freedom for all … “Bring me your tired, your poor, your huddled masses, who yearn to breathe freely …

Freedom is not free. There is work to maintain our freedoms. There are those who would love to destroy the freedoms we enjoy. The freedoms we have paid for with the blood of so many brave men and women of America. These people trying to come here violating our laws and stealing our roles. They have not shed a single blood or paid a penny in taxes for THE RIGHT! Yes, it is a right and a privilege to be a US citizen.

You can’t come in here and think that we or anyone else owes you something. We don’t owe you anything! You owe us the evidence and the place where you belong on this great land. That you can bear your weight and earn the prerogative to be called an American.

These people who are protesting the loudest about this new law are the arrogant, the ungrateful. Those who are running over this country with their mouths, burning our flag and spitting in the faces of all legal foreigners. The real American citizens.
