Improve your penis size and confidence in the bedroom – I went from 5.5″ to very well hung!

I had no confidence in the bedroom when I was hung at just 5.5 inches long and just under 5 inches in diameter. Every sexual encounter I had was an exercise in paranoia. It started when the moment approached when I knew that I would take off my pants and show my member to my partner for the first time. Sometimes I got so nervous about what his reaction would be that I couldn’t even stay hard! During the intercourse itself, he was even more paranoid, especially if the girl didn’t particularly respond. I always imagined her getting louder and more interested with better-hung guys. It was a disaster. However, through a series of simple steps, I was able to improve my penis size, as well as my confidence (and performance) in the bedroom.

Step One: Find a natural penis enlargement program and USE IT. I used a very, very simple program consisting of four steps, as follows. The first step was a five-minute penile warm-up that can be done with a damp washcloth, a warm rice sock, or a heating pad. I found that the damp cloth worked best for me. The goal of the warm-up is to get the blood flowing and warm the ligaments.

The second step was to use stretching and pulling exercises, which I did in the privacy of my bathroom, to stretch the tunica and other ligaments on the shaft of the penis and at the base of the penis. I usually spent about five minutes on length training.

The third step was to use “milking” exercises to draw more blood to the shaft of the penis, which increased the girth of my erectile chambers. I also did this in the bathroom when I finished my length exercises. This also took me five minutes on average.

The fourth step was to wrap my penis again with a warm cloth for another five minutes to close out my workout. This once again got the blood flowing and aided the growth process. I used a two day split and one day off for penis exercises.

Step Two – Find other ways to make your girl climax besides intercourse. Needless to say, this is helpful for men who have a smaller than average penis (like I used to) and can’t bring their partner to climax with intercourse alone. However, even if you are well endowed (as I am now) it still helps to have variety. Women are like us: they get bored with the same thing, the same thing, over and over again. If you find ways to “mix things up” and keep her guessing what you’re going to do to satisfy her every time you jump into bed together, and combine that with good skills and a big dick (which you’ll have if you follow step one), she won’t be! You will need to look elsewhere for thrills!

Step Three: Practice, Practice, Practice! You won’t have the confidence that you can stand behind the arc and hit a 3-pointer unless you spend a lot of time practicing your basketball shot, will you? The same goes for sex! The more experience you get, the better you will be and the more confident you will be in your abilities. So practice as much as you can and never worry that you’ll get an “unsatisfactory” performance; if it happens, it happens. The best athletes sometimes miss easy shots. The key is to get out there and “do it”, literally! (Note: I highly recommend “playing it safe” and using protection if you are having sex outside of a committed, monogamous relationship!)

There you have it, the three steps to not only a bigger penis (main) but also better skills and confidence in general in the bedroom. It’s up to you to make it happen!
