Have you ever seen a video that made you laugh? Something that was so fun that you had to send it to everyone you know and visit it again and again? I assume for sure that your answer will be “yes”. Me too, I’ve been there, I’ve done that. Since the creation of YouTube, MySpace and many other social networking sites, video entertainment has gone viral. Did you know that this type of entertainment could make you rich? There’s more to these wildly entertaining videos than meets the eye. keep reading…

Basically, these videos are what are called “viral videos”. This means that most of the people who created these videos did so with the intention of sharing them with others in order to get mass numbers of people to visit their website or take some other specific action. This is becoming more and more common and some people are making cash from viral videos by doing nothing more than this media hype.

Did you happen to see the “Live Earth” concert or any part of it? This concert was held on all continents with the intention of drawing the attention of as many people as possible around the world to the global warming crisis. The reason Why I mention this concert is because there was an artist who performed a song on the UK show called Terra Naomi and her song, “Say It’s Possible”, had a video created specifically for the purpose of getting the word out on YouTube. As of this writing, Terra’s video has received over 942,000 page views and been favorited over 7,300 times, all because of a song he wrote after watching the Al Gore movie “An Inconvenient Truth.” Her viral video landed her on stage to perform in front of the world in London.

The bottom line here is that if you can generate original ideas and put these ideas into mass action, then the sky is the limit and you too can make viral video cash.
