Fish and Banana – Together?

Have you tried eating fish with banana? Now is the time to explore and try the combination of the things that you have never tried before.

Fish is considered one of the most nutritious foods and if you made a tandem with banana, you would surely have a very healthy meal. Are you excited to have the recipe?

Out of many fish recipes, I chose the one with the combination of fish and plantain because it is very unique and not everyone has tried eating this type of food. Here are the things you need that will only make up to 4 servings:

Ingredients:

1/4 cup flour

2 teaspoons curry powder

1/4 teaspoon soy sauce

4 bananas, peeled and cut in half lengthwise

1 pound of fish fillets

1 tablespoon of oil

3 celery stalks, sliced

4 tablespoons butter

2 tablespoons lemon juice

When everything on the list is ready, then it’s time to follow the instructions to cook the Fish with Plantain Recipe.

Addresses:

1. Mix flour, curry powder and soy sauce; cover the plantains and the fish with this mixture; set aside.

2. Heat oil in a skillet. Sauté celery until crisp; set aside.

3. Add butter to oil; sauté plantains until golden brown, about 1 minute on each side. Drizzle the plantains with half the lemon juice and remove to a serving plate.

4. Sauté the fish in the oil and butter mixture until the fish flakes easily with a fork, about 3 minutes per side. Sprinkle with the remaining lemon juice. Place on a serving plate with the plantains. Place the celery over the fish.
